- Laundry Love Project
Tri-Lakes Christian Church wants to help people who are struggling financially with their laundry. They bring the laundry and we bring the quarters! Detergent and fabric softener are also provided.
Laundry Love Project takes place the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month from 4:30-7:30 pm at the Coin O’Matic laundry on highway 76 behind Mazzio’s Pizza.
A refuge for men and women who need a place to recover from life controlling issues, especially alcohol and drug abuse, offering support through advocacy, counseling and education. A loving place to learn how to have healthy, long-term relationships with others: especially Jesus Christ.
Provides emergency assistance with food for Taney County.
It is a place where persons, especially the poor, are welcomed and cared for with dignity and compassion. Services of the Kitchen include: housing, food, counseling, healthcare, education, youth services, clothing, advocacy, life skills and homelessness prevention.
They serve women and families facing an unplanned pregnancy without regard for race, creed, religion or socio-economic standing. Services include pregnancy testing, ultrasound, pregnancy option counseling, min’s mentoring, earn while you learning program, Counseling for Hispanic Clients, Nutrition Education, childbirth classes, prenatal vitamins, information on STDs and reproductive health, abortion recovery support, maternity and infant supplies as well as referrals to doctors and other services.
